Frequently Asked Questions
Southeast Exhibits & Events offers comprehensive exhibition solutions designed to take the stress out of trade show participation. Our services include booth design and concept development, custom trade show displays, rental exhibits, professional installation and dismantling, and logistics coordination.
We handle every stage of the process, from initial concept sketches to on-site supervision, so you can focus on engaging with attendees rather than managing logistics. Booth layouts are available in a wide range of sizes, from compact in-line configurations to large island displays exceeding 30×30 feet.
The booth design process starts with a consultation. You share details about your brand, goals, booth space dimensions, and any specific requirements. From there, our design team develops concepts and presents them as detailed 3D renderings, so there are no surprises when the booth goes up on the show floor.
Once a design is approved, the team moves into fabrication and production. Throughout this phase, you receive regular updates. On show day, the installation crew handles setup, ensuring everything looks exactly as planned. After the event, the team also manages dismantling and return shipping.
Custom trade show displays are booths built from the ground up to reflect a brand's unique identity, messaging, and spatial requirements. Unlike off-the-shelf solutions, custom displays give you complete control over layout, materials, graphics, structural features, and interactive elements.
We design custom trade show displays for a wide range of industries and booth sizes. These builds are particularly valuable for companies that exhibit frequently, want a distinctive presence, or need to accommodate specific product demonstrations or meeting spaces within their booth.
The right choice depends on how often you exhibit and what level of flexibility you need. Renting makes sense if you're exhibiting for the first time and want to test the waters; attend only one or two larger shows per year; want the option to refresh your look between events without a major reinvestment; or are participating in a show that runs only every other year.
Purchasing makes sense if you exhibit at multiple shows annually, want a fully customized booth built around your brand, or are looking for a long-term asset that can be modified over time.
Modular displays are built from interchangeable, reconfigurable components that can be rearranged to fit different booth spaces and layouts. Rather than designing a booth for one specific footprint, modular systems give you the flexibility to adapt your display as your trade show schedule changes.
These exhibition solutions are especially popular with companies that exhibit at multiple events throughout the year, since the same components can be used to create a 10×10 setup at one show and a 20×20 configuration at another. They're also durable enough to withstand frequent assembly and transport.
Backlit displays use LED lighting positioned behind graphic panels to create a glowing, illuminated effect. The result is a vibrant, eye-catching presentation that stands out clearly in the often-crowded environment of a trade show floor.
These displays are available in a wide range of sizes, and advances in printing technology now make large-format backlit graphics both practical and cost-effective. Double-sided backlit graphics are also an option, particularly effective for island or peninsula-style booths where attendees approach from multiple directions.
Lighting draws attention. On a busy show floor where dozens of booths compete for the same eyeballs, an illuminated display creates immediate visual contrast. Attendees can spot a well-lit booth from a distance, increasing the likelihood of attracting foot traffic before a conversation even begins.
Beyond visibility, backlit exhibition booth design also elevates the perceived quality of a brand's presence. A luminous, high-resolution graphic communicates polish and professionalism, both of which build confidence with potential clients or partners.
Yes, we incorporate LED technology across a range of display formats, including backlit panels, hanging signs, and accent lighting integrated into booth structures. LED lighting offers several practical advantages over traditional halogen options: it runs cooler, consumes less power, and has a longer lifespan.
It's worth noting that many major convention centers, including the Las Vegas Convention Center, have prohibited halogen bulbs due to fire and safety regulations. LED solutions are the standard for any new display build, and we design accordingly.
